Trapped inside my embryonic shell
Poison locks internal prison cell
Metamorphic power we bestow
(We drank from the sub-atomic flow)
Something’s gone inside
It wears a flesh disguise
Infected paradise
With its burnt out lights
Siren calls us from our ancient sleep
We rise but are unsteady on our feet
We lie in the shadow of the moon
Something comes to free us from our tomb
Blaze of burning light
We have lost our sight
Darkness fills our eyes
A living compromise
Blinded eyes and clouded heads
and noises heard fill you with dread
As days they pass and hunger grows
We don't know what to do
Numbers diminish with every hour
We've done everything within our power
A curse upon the one who said
"To survive we'll consume the dead"
Extinction delayed by sacrifice
Deny the way and pay the price
Only human flesh will save
Our final descent into the grave
Feast on the fallen is all we can do
And if we die we will be eaten too
Fever takes over consuming our brains
Our crime isn't over, but it drives us insane

This a superb slice of "skronky" jazzy prog that recalls the likes of early King Crimson, Gong and Soft Machine amongst others, But it's all delivered with an energy that feels fresh and new. Great album! egg-magoo
A very pleasant album. Like other comments said, if you like the first Camel album (Moonmadness for exemple), you have to listen at this one. calm, relaxing are the first words that come to me
You can listen from the start to the end: it’s like a journey…. in the space! yodablanc
