The beast inside of you
Is straining at the leash
You doubt experience
Whilst retaining false beliefs
You keep your skeleton
On the inside of your skin
Your metamorphosis
Will bring it outside from within
Every day feels
like a year to you
Until your life is
your own again
Treading onwards
In a groove
Neverending
You can't move
The way is so clear but you're anchored here
Tell yourself it won't be long
Stuck in the midst of an endless cycle
Until your chrysalis crumbles
Your walls are falling down
Freeing you from your confusion
Though your eyes seem to betray
This sight is no illusion
If you want to break free
Open your eyes
Be free from your disguise
If you want respite
Respite from life
You can change all the atoms within your brain
You are going to transform but it’s not so strange
Everything in fluctuation trying to rearrange
Nothing stays the same
You are a million different versions of what other people see
But none of those opinions could ever agree
No-one can tell you who you should be
You’ve got to figure it out so don’t listen to me
Everything inside you is liquidating
and everyone around you is anticipating
Your carapace is cracking but your will isn’t lacking
To get out of your shell you’ve got to keep attacking
The cracks are forming and your nearly renewed
Step out into the light even though your confused
You’ve nearly achieved what you have pursued
But you’ll never stop changing it’ll never conclude
Nothing stays the same

This a superb slice of "skronky" jazzy prog that recalls the likes of early King Crimson, Gong and Soft Machine amongst others, But it's all delivered with an energy that feels fresh and new. Great album! egg-magoo
A very pleasant album. Like other comments said, if you like the first Camel album (Moonmadness for exemple), you have to listen at this one. calm, relaxing are the first words that come to me
You can listen from the start to the end: it’s like a journey…. in the space! yodablanc
